    I had ammenhorea for 2 yrs from overexcersizing…I may have had a 6 pack, but I was cranky, couldn’t sleep and my beau says I looked too thin. Some women just have more body fat than others. All bodies are different, but all are also beautiful. I am now at a healthy weight and still have a flat tummy. I don’t get cranky as easily, I sleep 8 hrs and I have my period back. Don’t risk your health for beauty! Beauty is relative. It comes from within.

    I could not agree with you more… After all why would you want to do something like have the best six pack abs if it is only going to cause problems like you have experienced. Everything should be in moderation and never take things to the extreme.

    You should not exercise to much because this can also effect you health you have to find the middle ground and stay focused so many people try to get the perfect body with devastating results to not only there health but family life as well.
