		<description>Most of the people are now becoming overweight this is because they consumed incorrect food. This program is helpful to make our weight loss; it provides common forms of diet programs. When we use some of the diets and if it doesn’t effect there is a result given in this program. 

We have to outsmart our heritage so as to get the benefit to get a healthy weight and not to loss too much of our heritage in process. Is it true that low crab diets are ineffective for weight loss? 

I think losing weight can be done by doing a regular exercise and maintaining a good food. As most of the athletic have a good body structure</description>

Losing weight is something complex. Putting on weight is something related to survival that is profoundly hard wired into our genes.

Previously, and for a much longer period than the industrial age we are presently in, the only way to survive hunger crisis that sure was to come, was to put on weight while there was abundance.

The best way to prepare for the next hunger period was to put on weight while we could... We sure would lose all of it during the next winter...

While we&#039;ve kept the instinct to eat too much while food is available, our way of living has changed drastically, at least in the rich countries.

Nobody was watching tv 4 hours a day during iron age. Nobody was sitting all day in front of a computer during stone age. No ?

The fact is that the length of the human struggling period is something like a hundred fold the length of time of the relatively &quot;comfortable&quot; period  of humanity (in the so called rich countries that is).

That means that we would have a hundred genes made to survive hunger for one gene to live comfortably a long life.

The effects of those genes sure come in conflict and we, humans, have to manage smartly.

We have to outsmart the wisdom of our heritage. So as I said, we need all the help we can find, to get the benefit we want to get, a healthy weight, while not losing too much of our wise heritage in the process.
