When I first started the diet much of the weight I dropped was water weight, we all know that it is hard to lose allot of fat initially unless of course you are extremely over weight. However, once my body settled down I actually did start to lose weight.
And now anytime I feel that I am putting any weight back on especially after the holidays I start the eleven day cycle again. As you will see the guidelines are very easy to follow and implement.

This diet is a mix of many diets, its not a low carb diet, or even a low fat diet but more of a mix of many different programs that we have seen which makes it much easier to use without all the hard and fast rules that some diets place on you.

I think this program is ok, but personally I’ve always found a good diet and exercise is easiest to follow. Motivation can be tough, but once you have a workout routine down, it’s easy to eat more healthy!
Yes you are exactly right about this it is very important to stay focused and have some form of exercise routine in place so that you can not just rely on a fat loss diet but the exercise as well.

These programs are good for the people who want to loose weight and maintain a good body structure. I do have a problem trying to loose fat by myself but I can’t manage it. As mention in the above we need to go for a dieting, calorie cycling, adjust our daily food intake and so on. Do we need to do calorie cycling?
Others I can manage it but I can do calorie cycling as I didn’t have it. What about riding a cycle everyday for hours.
The food for fat loss is good the thing is we should not eat full but when needed we should have it and even a cup of wine for a day.

The best thing about this program is that its easy to follow but the sustainability on diet might affect by some hindrances such as occasions and holidays. Discipline and eagerness still should bear and manifest. I am preferred for diet with few fitness workouts.
I’m not a big fan of this program – I’m certainly not saying ou can’t lose weight with it but for me I prefer TruthAboutAbs simply because it has worked for me, and more importantly it is a really sustainable way of losing weight and keeping it off. I also really enjoy the exercises that I do which helps with motivation etc.
