		<description>As with any diet that you do one thing that many people seem to forget and usually because they believe the diet will do all the work for them is to walk. You should try to make at least 15 minutes a day for walking and I know for some that this is hard but if you have a real heavy schedule then use the stairs when even you can instead of the elevator.

This is not only good for your dieting efforts but also just for a general well being.</description>
